ADVICE: Do this or do that!

We are living in the era of the “do this” or “do that”, “tips for this” or “for that”, all some kind of advice to get what we want. Every place we look at, there is an advice for something. In my dealings with today’s world I noticed that there are a lot of people advising, but few doing what it is necessary. Why is this?

There is a big difference in what I say and what I do!  One of the situations we are living is that a lot of people have ideas, but not everybody has the discipline to develop, and less the perseverance to implement them. This disparity brings the need of people to help and balance this equation.

Some people are great thinkers, and others are great doers, this is the way of the world, a balance for business development!  Have you noticed that an engine without a starter goes nowhere? The same happens with the people. Look around and think how many ideas have come your way, but how many have you seen completed.

You know, leaders without followers are a waste of time, and visionaries without doers are another. We do not lack of people telling us what to do, what we lack is people helping us to do it! I see opportunity here, and we are working on it! Do you see? I thought about this topic and I wrote about it!

Well, I guess you need them all.
Depends on the situation or what the matter is, you really need people telling others what to do.
Sometime is better to teach people how to “fish” rather than feeding them. So you tell them what to do, but then let them make a decission about doing it. I think nowadays they call it “hands on learning” or something alike.

In overall I agree with you from the standpoint of the Potentiallity of the people. If we help others by liberating what bothers them, then their potential to express or do have a higher probability to be realized. Now, how can you tell for all the possible variables or circumstances?

Bottom line, I am not sure there is anything wrong with this situation. It is just one angle of many curve balls we see in life. Not a big deal.
